The story is that there was a party and coach, Victoria Schattauer, had her photo taken with one of the cheerleaders. It is reported that assistant coach, Andrew Emerson, and Victoria Schattauer have been asked to leave.

The police department here opened an investigation Monday into allegations that an inappropriate photo was taken of a 15-year-old Goshen High School cheerleader and a coach at a party in Blanchester.
The freshman girl and Victoria Schattauer, a 19-year-old Goshen cheerleading coach, were allegedly photographed together topless at a party hosted by Andrew Emerson, a 19-year-old assistant Goshen football coach.
In a news release, Blanchester Police Chief Scott Reinbolt said he and a patrolman spent most of the day Monday in Goshen Township and Clermont County conducting interviews and gathering evidence.

“We confirmed today that the photo was taken at a party held on West Fancy Street in Blanchester and learned that the party was held on Saturday, Oct. 20,” Reinbolt said. “At no time was the party, or any allegations about the inappropriate photo, reported directly to the Blanchester Police Department.”
